We have never being to misinformed by this agent. She hardly return your call or text. She doesn’t give you a straight answer. Always she will get back with you and never do. And don’t answer you questions completely. This loan was lock in at 3.125%. But when closing documents came through we had close at 3.25%. Ask the agents why didn’t go up on the interest rate. She could not ask. This loan took almost 3 months to close. We couldn’t borrow the amount we wanted too. So we settle for a lower amount. And even that was like pulling teeth to get answer why. And borrowing a less amount out points and credit rate was over 10,000.00 I would never refer anyone to Shannon Keller with Fbc in pahrump. With in a year or so we will go through another banking company. Don’t want deal with that type loan officer every again.
Brian's Tip: Be Honest and up front with your clients. Don’t keep them hanging and or guess what to do next. She was not very helpful. She shouldn’t be in that kind of jobs if she can’t be honest, helpful.

I cannot tell you how amazing Shannon was at helping me and my family help us get the funding for our new family home that we love! Not only was Shannon fantastic, Sophy in her office was on top of her game at letting us know what we needed to get done. Not only do they know what they’re doing they are both very pleasant to talk to and don’t talk down or anything because you don’t know about the home buying process. The only one to go with, in my opinion, is Shannon Keller and Sophy Cabrera! They hit it out of the park!

Best lender in town
Despite the issues that I had with getting information to pay off my second mortgage, no fault of Shannon, this was a very good experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was getting discouraged and they kept my spirits up through the whole re-financing process. I would definitely recommend using them.

Shannon did an outstanding job in getting all the requirements together for the VA loan. She was efficient, accomplished associated tasks in a timely manner and is very knowledgeable of all required processes. Lengthy Process
We feel that there were to many mistakes made. The time of over 3 months and after signing 9 addendums took way to long. The stress on my family of panic attacks and hospital bills, rent and not being able to give a notice to rental company, because we never knew if we were getting the house, is costing me so much extra! I just kept hearing because of covid and people working from home, it's taking longer to close. We lost our moving truck because it was pushed back and so on and so on! We are grateful to have finally moved in and happy with our loan, but I would never recommend Shannon Kellar to anyone Sincerely Frank and Kayla Hyatt

Horrifying Experience
Started the loan process in March 2020. Contract on home purchase 5/3/20. Finally closed on 7/9/20. Shannon was misleading, berating, and snide. Very limited in communication, in fact all communication had to be initiated with an in person office visit. Many calls and texts went unanswered. As a buyer/consumer I was not represented well by Shannon or her management team. I was informed on three different occasions that I would be closing the following morning yet to have another underwriter dissect my file and request further info. It was not until the Seller's father (a personal friend of Shannon's) got aggravated that steps were finally taken to close my loan. Email chains were sent to the Seller, Sellers Agent, my Agent and the Title company that I was excluded from. Shannon was more interested in closing my loan for the Seller's benefit than mine. I was financially violated.
