FBC are very professional, we needed a loan for z second home and that isn't easy. But FBC made it so. They told me what I needed and I gave it to them. They always picked up the phone and answered my emails in a timely fashion.

Overall a good company. Some things they could work on is being sure to stay organized with request. Our closing could have been done sooner had they asked for the documents properly. I received an apology for that. One other thing, I was mistakenly sent someone else’s CD in my email. Information breach. They apologized for it. Other than that get ready to give your blood because they are going to ask for it!
