I would highly recommend both Scott Sherman and FBC to anyone looking at purchasing a home - first time or any time buyer. Scott was extremely thorough and answered all our questions - he made a complicated process very easy and was accessible whenever we needed help. We even encountered an error to our HUD at 4pm the night before closing which he had corrected prior to our 9am closing the following day, saving us nearly $500. Scott and FBC were great partners for us during this process.

John's Tip: Be prepared. Having all the requested paperwork and information on time and ready will send the process speeding along. Make copies for yourself and for FBC.
