Sam Komar is one of a kind!
This was the second time we used Sam Komar and FBC Mortgage for the purchase of our new home. Sam has always been attentive and made sure that all was complete and efficient for us to close on time. We liked Sam so much he now is assisting with the loan for my sister in law and will always be the first person we think of for all of our home buying needs. Everyone with FBC mortgage was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Sam Komar, my loan officer was more than willing to answer my constant calls and texts as I had various questions throughout the process. Regardless of the hurdles we came across, he was able to keep me calm and confidently saw us through to the end. I doubt any other company and group of people could’ve done a better job! I would highly recommend FBC mortgage!

We had not purchased a home in over a decade and the process was quite different. We had a lot of questions and needed a partner that was highly available, and an expert in the industry. With Sam we struck gold! He made the process seem reasonable because he told us "why" things were necessary, not just "you have to do this". Sam also has a team that specializes in each part of the process so if he were not available, there was always someone there - that was big for us. Great experience, highly recommend!

Our experience with FBC was great, it seemed at times that our loan officer jumped through hoops for us, he was always available for us and any question(s) that we came up with. Sam would always reply via text, email or phone call with an answer. As we out started with everything, it seemed that it would be a timely journey, however now that we have closed and are enjoying our new home, we look back and think "wow that was actually pretty quick." To sum it all up, as stressful as home buying can be, our experience was a very positive one.
