Sam Is The Man
I started the loan process back in September 2019 with Sam Komar for Adams Homes, while during that process i backed out of Adams Homes due to the poor quality of craftsmanship they put into their homes. I found another builder and started the whole thing over again and Sam was more than helpful and there anytime i need to ask a question no matter how late i texted him. I have already given out Sam's information to a couple of my friends who are looking to start the process!. Sam is the Man you want working on your loan!!

I enjoyed working with Sam. He was professional and prompt. He provided explanations clearly when necessary. The only reason I am not giving him 5 stars is because I felt like I had to contact him several times to get the refinance started. However, once we got started with the paperwork it was very smooth sailing. I would work with Sam again in the future.
