Excellent Communication
My fiance and I are first time home buyers and therefore we had a lot of questions and concerns along the way of the loan process. Rob and his team (Terie and Amy) did an amazing job of being there for us this entire time. We received e-mails with new updates and videos to watch that explained each step of the way. I have told my friends and family that it truly feels like they (FBC) actually care about us and getting us into our new home. I would highly recommend FBC!
