FBC Mortgage came through for the second time for us with an even better experience than the first time. The dedication of the loan officer as well as loan processor were tremendous and went above and beyond just doing their job. Home buying can be stressful, but the FBC team have made sure that we were kept informed and updated on every single step during the process.

Almost perfect!
After having a nightmare for our last home mortgage this was pretty smooth sailing. We did end up switching to conventional very last minute from FHA but we were still able to close on time. Nancy was great thoughout the process and the issues we had were the underwriter not Nancy. Will work with her again!

From the moment we made a decision to purchase till the time of our closing we were never once dissapointed. Nancy and the team at FBC kept us in the loop every step of the way. We were notified about everything no matter how minute and there was never a point in which we questioned our decision. We felt included and a part of the process which I feel is most important. When we did have questions regarding the mortgage process they were answered in a timely and efficient manner. You here a lot of nightmare stories about buying a home. This was not one of them.
