Great Refinancing Experience
When we decided to refinance our mortgage, we called the company who our loan was with. They offered us a higher than normal interest rate and wanted a large amount to perform the refinance. I made a call into Nancy to go over our options and in minutes she explained the process and offered us a much better rate then the company who literally already had our loan. Nancy took care of everything and answered every big and small question. I never worried, she made us feel so comfortable and we cannot stop talking about our refinance with friends and family. Thankful to be back with FBC.

Nancy is amazing! We had a tough time finding a home... the first one with a builder we cancelled because they couldn't close us on time. The second home we called Nancy. We literally had 3 weeks at this point to close on a new home because we had sold our home. Unfortunately, home 2 had a multitude of issues! Nancy was so patient and understanding and completely felt our pain. Finally, home 3 was perfect! Nancy was able to close us in 2 WEEKS! Nancy and her team turned a nightmare into a dream come true. We are so grateful for her and would highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a new home!
