Great experience
We were very happy with our experience with Maronda, Molly, and the rest of the staff. She made the process easy and told us exactly what we needed to close on time. The only thing I wish was better was the communication in the beginning but towards the end it got better. We have had some issues in the home but a supervisor is looking into it, we put in a request and I got a fast response. As long as we get a quick response if anything else happens (hopefully nothing else does) we will be happy. Thank you we are happy to be home owners!

First Time Homeowner Jitters
I dragged my feet a very long time about making this purchase commitment. My Dad recently transitioned to the final stage of Alzheimer's and Dementia and desire to be closer to my family overcame all my procrastination. On October 11 I filled out the loan application for a brand new Maronda Home and on November 30 I had the keys to my 1st and brand new house! Timing was critical to make this process and endeavor successful and Molly Colby and Carolina Ortega exceeded my or anyone's expectations. They helped me do this in less than 60 days!!!!!! It helped that I was prompt to answer requests for documentation but this blessing is attributed to my blind faith in God, Maronda Homes and FBC Mortgage. My Dad and Mom and my entire family are truly greatful - THANK YOU

Molly and everyone at FBC was very good about returning my calls to keep us updated on our loan. There were some small hiccups that are expected with us being first time homebuyers, but they were quickly resolved and we all stayed on the ball to get home closed on time.
DANIEL's Tip: For clients that don't ask questions make sure they understand why they need to send the documents you're asking for. Some first time home buyers like us might not ask all of the right questions and may send over documents that might not fully disclose everything they need to. Be more proactive about making sure clients know what they need to do and why you need them to do it to reduce repeated attempts of accomplishing the same tasks.

Opinion
Molly was great! But in my opinion the other employees should pay more attention to the information sent to them and don’t wait until the last minute to review it. We had a closing scheduled for two then we received an email rescheduling the time to 3:00 and the same person who sent us the previous email called during our second walk through which was at 12:30 to let un know that the closing was going to be at 1:30. She didn’t even remember the email she sent us.
