Mike Bedell and his team are truly the best in the business! My husband and I had just about given up on owning our own home. We met with a previous Mortgage Company who our realtor had recommended. We left feeling discouraged. We went straight to the Builder of the home we were interested in. They contacted Mike. What a wonderful conversation we had. Mike was encouraging and a cheerleader during the entire process. He worked to get us the rate we wanted and we both felt secure we would have a new home. Mike’s staff was awesome. Justin Schuman worked with us on the paperwork needed. He was patient with us going over what was needed. Justin put our minds at ease our paperwork was in order going forward. Janee Wasersk, was our Processor. Several documents and explanations were needed and Janee assisted with the process. A very caring person to work with. Mike Bedell and his Staff are extraordinary. You will not find any Mortage Company who truly cares about his clients as Mike and his Staff!

Extremely Tentative
Mr. Bedell and his team were extremely tentative to my family's needs. He and his team made sure all of the required information was gathered beforehand, and stayed updated, in order to make the final days before closing go as smooth as possible. He and his team gave me confidence during the loan process to keep my credit steady and even improve it with simple fixes. It was also extremely pleasing to get a phone call after closing to ensure everything went as smooth as possible.
