Made a difficult process EASY
Kristen and Jet Home Loans made a stressful process easy and specially since I was in another city and with the interest rates going up. All was done remote saving me traveling expenses and very easy steps to follow. I highly recommend Kristen, Gina and Jet Home when you are looking for a loan.
Alba's Tip: Jet will offer you to pay points to reduce your mortgage interest rate and it was helpful to me. This because the interest rates went up while I was waiting to close.

Kristen was terrible to work with. From start to finish it was a terrible experience. As a first time home buyer you kind of don’t know what you’re getting yourself into, so naturally, you are in need of guidance and you’re going to ask a lot of questions. Kristen offered no guidance whatsoever! Ever conversation was the equivalent of pulling teeth. She treated us like we were a bother. I’d ask questions and they would be answered vaguely. I do not recommend her!
