Fbc, who had our original loan, reached out to us to see if we would be interested in refinancing our home. The process was easy, Kristen answered all of my questions promptly and closed fast.

Amazing Experience!
From start to finish my loan process was amazing! I must say that Kristen England (my loan officer) played a huge part in making that happen. I am relocating to Jacksonville, FL from Tenn. (due to my husband’s job) so when I started this process I was nervous. From the first day Kristen reached out to me, she gathered what needs I had and she "went to work" for me! She has made each step in the process seamless! She took the time to educate me, lay out my options and worked hard to get me the best (I mean lowest) rate possible. Kristen is very professional, friendly and compassionate. And to my surprise.....Kristen took the extra effort to come to the closing! That was awesome! Additionally I must also mention how amazing Traci Patrick (my loan processor) who worked hard for me during the underwriting process. She took it to the next level! Overall this was the best experience I have ever had in buying a home. The "Powerhouse" FNB bank team of Kristen England and Traci Patrick made me feel like I am more than just a number on a loan application. They made me feel like I was one of their friends. A++++++
