Kerwin Morns was so easy to work with. From the very beginning of our loan process he made my husband and I feel valued. Kerwin never left us in the dark, when we called with question he always responded. We had major issues with the builders sales manager neglecting to show any type of decent customer care. There were ridiculous demands put on us by the sales manager that Kerwin professionally blocked so that we could have a smooth, stress free as possible closing. Kerwin never cracked under the pressures that were pushed upon us and he got us to the closing table within 38days. I could go into great details of how awful my experience was with Lennar and their terrible customer service but because of my delightful experience with Kerwin I’m to happy to elaborate on the bad. Kudos to you SBC for having a people like Kerwin Morns on your team! I will definitely refer Kerwin to others.

Often times I would get an e-mail asking to upload something that I had uploaded already. However process was easy and smooth... up until closing. Closing was supposed to start at 10am but was told they were waiting on documents from the lender which took 2 hours. Then the seller/builder did not agree with the closing costs listed as they were calcualted incorrectly which delayed my closing until after 3pm the same day. Otherwise everything was just fine

New Home
My loan officer was very helpful. He was able to help me increase my credit score as well. In the beginning there was some issues with my credit, and I had to switch my loan type. I then chose to switch to another lender, but returned back to FBC. Overall a closed when I was supposed to. The day of closing, I was expected to pay one price but then ended up paying more. I was told that was because of the appraisal.
