I met Josh through a builder, he was introduced to get me pre-qualified for a new build. Josh responds very timely - if not, right away. He has been so respectful and understanding since I first started this home buying journey. I asked him A LOT of "stupid" questions and not once did he make me feel "stupid". (I didn't have a realtor and was doing this on my own so I really didn't know what I was doing) He helped me every step of the way, "Above and beyond" doesn't even begin to explain how much effort he put into helping me. My friends recommended that I "shop around". I did, and you know what - none of the other loan officers compared to the service and timely responses

Care and Communication
Josh and his team (Marissa) handled our loan from a 30 days close to a rushed 15 day close with ease. They took the time and communicated so we never felt like we were in the dark about any part of our loan process. Marissa was super communicative and explanatory in everything required to speed up the process for us. Such a great team. Our FHA process had a lot of red tape to cross but with this team it felt like it flew by!
