Communication should improve
The loan officer Jordan never picks your call and answer the questions . He simply forwards documents and ask to sign without even saying what the document is for? Only one time I had a call with him was during my start of the loan process and never picks the call ,neither answers the doubts that I asked for after that. He simply wants his documents being signed and says that it is mandatory and need the doc ASAP. I did not have any other options to change the loan officer but to continue with him. Me being a first time home buyer had many questions and doubts that needs to be clarified by the loan officer. But he never did that. I had to google each and everything to understand which document is meant for what and then sign accordingly. Please future clients make sure that you are not going with Jordan to have a stress free process in your home buying journey.

Horrible experience
Jordan, I must say is by far the worst professional I have ever met in my life. He never returned calls nor text messages. This was my first home. I had to make several complaints before to get paperwork explained. He would forward me documents and tell me sign with no explanation. Two days before closing my down-payment doubled. Two days!!! My experience with Jet loans was horrible. Never again. If they are the last company out here, I guess I'd have to be homeless. I even felt discriminated upon, because i doubt if i was white, i would have gotten the same treatment. Racist! Very very horrible. Don't do it

Reliable and Smooth process

Throughout the process from start to finish the team was easily accessible, answered our many questions, provided straight to the point answers & feedback, and made the experience quite smooth. Review
Was not happy with the final closing interest rate. Went from 1.99% rate at initial contact to 2.75% rate at closing and putting more money down. After waiting 10 months for completion, only had four days notice for closing. Money had to be wired 48 hours prior to closing and my bank was out of state. Should have been informed about this prior. Very stressful.

Amazing First-Time Buyer Experience
There was a lot of scary information to sort through as a first-time buyer, but Jordan was there every step of the way. His excellent and prompt communication made the entire process simple.

I found the whole process exptemly stressfull. The request as to what is going to happen and when it's going to happen seem not to be very important. The request to forward my information to the title company had to be followed up twice to get it done. The requested extra paperwork was returned and for some reason not recieved. This even after several efforts. The closing amount wasn't completed until 3:30 the day before closing even though I requested the number several times before. I was at work and was forced to leave work early so that I could wire the money to ensure that it would arrive on time. The day to close was pushed up one day, then the paperwork wasn't done when I arrived. I had to wait until that around 3:00 pm when I was originally scheduled to be there at 11:00 am.

Quick turnaround!
They had a quick turn around and during a busy time with all the re-finances etc. Thank you Jet for pulling through even though we were right down to the wire. I closed on time and got my keys to my brand new, first ever house. THANK YOU!
