My husband and I met Jenn Todd as a preferred lender with the company we built with. Jenn was by far the best person to work with, especially during the stressful time of building a home! She listened to me vent multiple times, always super positive and encouraging and professional. Jenn is one of the nicest person I've ever met and was so patient during the process, explaining everything to help us understand what was happening and what to expect next, during the process of buying our home. Jenn communication and customer service was by far the best and would recommend her to anyone looking for a lender to buy a home.

Our real estate agent provided us a list of names of loan officers, all of which he'd had positive experiences with and would recommend. I called a couple of them and was pleased, but then phoned Jennifer Todd and was instantly convinced she was the officer with who I would like to work. She verbalized her commitment to thorough and timely communication, recognizing the stressful nature of this process and how her role in keeping the client informed every step of the way can ease this anxious process. Jenn is the real deal! It's not just talk. She exceeded our expectations! From the beginning, she was very professional, yet possessed the most kind demeanor conveying her sincere care of us as well as the natural ability to instill trust in our relationship. Joseph's Tip: Research the property taxes for homes you're considering - you'd be surprised how much that makes a difference in your overall monthly payment, and might allow you to buy "above budget" with the list price, if the home is in an area with lower property taxes.
