Omg! Where do I start? ... I had a wonderful experience with FBC Mortgage. My loan officer Gordon and and his team ( Vickie) was absolutely amazing. Gordon was always available to answer any questions I had as a first time homebuyer. He is extremely knowledgeable and responds to all inquiries promptly. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service FBC has provided. I would recommend to my friends and family! This was a smooth transaction and I was able to close right on time! Great work and it was a pleasure working with you guys. I will definitely use them again! I love my beautiful home! :)

Making my DREAM a REALITY!
I am so grateful to Gordon and his team at FBC Mortgage, LLC. They helped me to accomplish something I did not even know that I was capable of achieving. You see, all my life the concept of owning my own home felt like an elusive dream...something to aim for, but was never quite within reach. You see, my journey to homeownership was not an easy one, nor was it a short one. I started off my journey with lenders explaining to me why I was not ready to buy a home and why they did not think this was the best course of action for me. One even told me that paying nearly $900 for a one-bedroom apartment (which the apartment complex never maintained) was a blessing for which I should be grateful. Another never cared to learn of my story...he simply ran the numbers and told me I did not qualify because my credit score fell two points shy of the minimum. Then, the broker he referred me to didn't bother to follow up with me in a timely fashion. I had several interactions with other lenders/brokers, but those efforts yielded zero results. By the time I met Gordon, I was somewhat cynical about the process. I initially refused to fall in love with what is now my home, until I had confirmation from Gordon that I was pre-qualified for the full amount. Even then, I kept waiting for the "bad" news...the let down. I will be honest with you...those moments did come. The difference is, Gordon, Taylor and Gina at FBC Mortgage did not give up on me. They were resourceful and thought of creative solutions to each obstacle I faced. They kept it real with me every step of the way; and although honest about my circumstances, each interaction I had with Gordon left me feeling hopeful - reminding me...where there is a will, there is a way. I could feel in my heart that I had someone fighting for me...and that is just what I needed. Gordon and his team fought for me down to the very end. With just one day til my scheduled closing, I finally was cleared to close. I was beyond overjoyed, to say the least. I screamed and yelled and cried. I sent Gordon and his team emails with lots of exclamation points, high praises and happy emojis. Weeks of responding to multiple emails, watching videos and emailing documentation left and right had come to an end; and it was all worth it, because I was now a new homeowner. My dream became a reality because someone took a chance on me and believed in me. This is the type of person that you want in your corner as you search for financing for your home - Gordon Palmieri and his team at FBC Mortgage, LLC. Trust them with your homeownership journey.
Shareen's Tip: Respond to every email/response in a timely fashion. Do not be afraid to ask questions whenever you need clarification. Be organized - save all of your documentations in one central folder. If you receive multiple, similar requests; do not be dismayed. This is a part of the process and there is a reason for every request. Trust your team!

FBC overall got the job done and I did close on time which was great. There was a couple of hiccups at the closing table that could've been corrected prior to sitting at the closing table. I understand the market has been crazy, and there has been so many clients FBC is working with, so overall I am happy with the service and my mortgage closed on time.
Stephen's Tip: Be on top of your documents, this will speed up the loan process and make sure you close on time.
