Amazing team!
Doug was responsive and professional throughout our transaction from start to finish! He walked us through the process step-by-step and was patient with all of our questions. On top of all of this, he listened to our needs and concerns, and paid close attention to the details of our loan process. Our closing was within driving distance for him and he surprised us by coming to our closing! That is next level service! His Processor Eryn is nothing short of amazing as well! Amazing Service
I cannot emphasize enough just how amazing my experience with FBC was. My original mortgage people completely dropped the ball and missed a key deadline and I was unable to proceed to closing with them. Because FBC was a preferred lender for my subdivision I was able to proceed with them. Keep in mind that at this point I was two weeks away from closing. Doug and Loni went above and beyond for me and pulled out every stop possible to help me out. By the end of the first week working with them I was cleared to close. They were very responsive to me and all of my questions. Always courteous, and they took their time explaining things to me so that I could understand exactly what they needed. As an added personal touch, Doug showed up on my closing date at a site a good 40 minute drive away from his main office just to greet me in person and wish me the best moving forward. I 100% endorse these folks.

Great Experience
I am very pleased with the service that I received from Doug May and FBC Mortgage and the rest of the Staff. Whenever I had a question I received an answer right away. It took a little while to get through it only because everyone is refinancing at this time and considering that, they did a fantastic job and always kept me informed. Best experience for refinancing I have dealt with. Very professional! I would highly recommend them.

Omg where do I start?! Doug helped us out sooo much he never gave up m. Every obstacle that got thrown in front of us he was there to make the course easier. Without him I honestly don’t know if we would have our home. He is awesome m.

Turned it around!!!
Doug and his team were great. Super communicative and helpful. There was a small issue on closing day and I was traveling but Doug and the FBC team worked overtime to get us closed. We appreciated the extra effort!
