My Loan Experience
I've never done a real estate loan substantially by online app and email. The process was, at times, confusing and frustrating. Much of it was also due to using some of the included technology for the first time. Throughout the process, Dawn Nettle, Tonya Martin and Meg Brown combined their efforts to keep us on track and we landed on the scheduled closing date ok. Note: This process should be aimed more toward an internet portal where the documents are can be read more easily. Note, I'm 71.
Edgar's Tip: For future clients, be familiar with the use of internet technologies, secure apps, electronic signing and duplication and even triplication of documents. Do this in a computer rather than through a phone app so you have opportunity to more easily read what you're about to sign.

Friendly and communicative
Dawn was right along side me the whole way through and was great at communicating what was happening. I felt like I had known her for years because she is very personable, non-judgmental and a great listener. Rating of four stars only because underwriters ran into a bunch of issues on closing day which delayed closing and left me essentially homeless. We barely made the closing happen at the end of the scheduled day. Technically, we did close on time since it wrapped up on the scheduled day however we were 8 hours late.
