Frustrating
The loan was basically done in the last 72 hours. I had a lot to do in a short time and was trading 12 hours. Melissa said she would circle back around with me to a document. 9 here words)Never happened. As a result it set the time and place of signing paperwork. After traveling 12 hours, Holly drove the 2 hour round trip back up to Columbia to sign with this old guy who was so old he was shaking could hardly handle the paperwork. Worst signing experience I ever had. Struggled to answer my questions but finally did after a few go arounds. I’m glad it’s over and my frustrations were definitely felt bu the other witnesses in the room.
Mark's Tip: If this is the way you operate. Give the client a heads up a week ahead of time especially if they are relocating so they don’t have to travel and additional 2 hours after a long trip to sign papers. And you have a competent attorney who isn’t so old they are just going through the motions. Definitely the worst experience and am glad it is over.

Went beyond
Darin was a blessing from god. For 12 yrs we were told that we can’t get approved for a house. After talking to him he was determined to get us approved. Once we were pre approved he sent us out looking for houses. Once we found our dream home and put an offer in he was back at work. Talking to me and my wife constantly about what to do. In the end he got us closed on our house and made us happy staying in a place we love.
