I have a very complicated asset and investment profile. Dan and his team, primarily Kelly, worked exceptionally hard to overcome obstacles and issues of complexity to make this refi happen. It was done for a cost and at a rate that was as good as anything I was able to find online or from more traditional resources, and have had several colleagues interested in whether they should use my lender for their upcoming needs. I've also been asked if I plan on using them again. The answer to both questions is...Yes.

Best and smooth experience
I did a refi last month and these people are exceptional!! Everything went smooth; just that there is a lot of documentation one needs to send, which is unavoidable for an online refi. Dan and others who handled my REFI are the best I had ever seen. 5 stars in all categories!!

Dan is the loan processor for our refinance. The rate we got from Dan is very competitive. Dan has given us his full support and our refinance has went through very smoothly. Dan always replied back to our questions with very detailed explanation. We have been taken care of from the beginning to the end. When we move up to a bigger house in several years, we'll look for Dan's help again!

Best place we've found yet for doing a refi
Home Loans with Dan Sullivan, & Bonnie Pater as the loan processor, was the best refi we've ever done. We were taken care of the whole way through with full support. They were very thorough and found things that our previous refi 4 years ago had ignored, which could have been a problem in closing the loan. Everything went as scheduled and we received the rates we were promised on both our home and our rental. Excellent!

From the cold call introducing myself and asking for a pre-approval letter all the way through to loan approval within 14 business days of submission, and then the f/u afterwards with title company etc., it was perfect. Dan was incredibly available and patient. He provided clear information about costs and timelines, and quickly established my trust. I would definitely recommend him and the company to others.
