Amazing Experience
As scary as the homebuying process can be for a first timer, I never felt misguided, uniformed or like I wasnt being 110% taken care of. Clayton and Jessica were extremely thorough and made me feel like they cared about me and my best interests, not just pushing a loan through. They were in constant contact and always very responsive anytime I had any questions or concerns.

Overall a very good experience!
Things weren't going too well with the first property I was attempting to purchase. I finally terminated that contract and almost immediately found another potential home. The transition to the new purchase was seamless and things progressed pretty smooth until the last couple days before closing. Some issues with flood insurance, document signatures and new address/water bill issues kept this from being a flawless five star performance, but I don't feel it was the fault of the mortgage company, hence the five-star rating. I've purchased other properties previously with a number of mortgage companies and this one was BY FAR the best I've encountered!
Robert's Tip: Getting the right title company AND the right mortgage company makes the home purchase a much more enjoyable experience.

So this experience was one I hope I don't have to go through again. I can say that the loan officer was good at what he did I do know when it got close to the end it was hard to get in touch with him unless you text him. I don't like to text when it comes to something like this. Overall his team was great and did close on my house in 23 days
