The entire process was seamless. Chris was professional, patient, informative and had great communication with me from start to finish. Tiffany my processor was great! She called all the time and I felt we forged a friendship along the way, I can tell she loved her job and cares about “us” her clients. Taylor was wonderful as well, professional, courteous and welcomed me to call with any concerns. I would definitely refer anyone to this awesome trio and the company is blessed to have them!

Taylor is an outstanding professional, kind, generous and service oriented. Her professionalism offers, comfort and knowledge especially to those that are first time homebuyers as for me she has me this venture in my life even more special I asked questions sometimes three and four times, but she was always glad to answer and thought about questions that I might need to know the answer to, and gave me that information as well, she was always professional and whenever I called or text her, she always responded the same day so much so she was willing to stay late from work to meet my needs because I couldn’t get off work myself. I am glad to have the experience of knowing Taylor, she is knowledgeable and has kindness that makes you feel welcome and well taken care of.
Sheila's Tip: Allowing Taylor to be the first person that is introduced to your company would be in your best interest as a representative of your company. Lending Experience for Home Purchase
Going through the lending process can be stressful but when you're doing it long distance, it can add an extra layer to that stress.
