Adrienne's Tip: Once you learn your offer has been accepted for a home, submit all pertinent documents that day to expedite your process. If other documents are needed, send those within the day that they’re requested so that there isn’t a delay in processing the loan. Also, communication is KEY! If there is a document needed, but you can’t readily access it, give a tentative date on when they can expect to receive it.

Brian was amazing from beginning to end. He did a great job at communicating in all areas, from being prompt to answer, to taking time to go through all the details and everything in between. Brian is super knowledgeable about mortgages and has flexible hours which is great for individuals working 8-5 and never being able to meet within those hours. Let me start off with how awesome Brian and his great team were. Within 5-10 mins after inquiring, they contacted me right away and started the process online and helped me determine on things I needed to get it done fast. His workability and honestly are what I admired and inspired by. Most of the mortgage brokers were .. you know shady and they mostly do not work after dark and some weekends are so hard to to talk and especially my house purchase isn’t that big $ But he treated everyone like you are buying a million dollars home anyway :) I liked how Brian and his team always go above and beyond to help me and always operate in positive manner and best attitude .
