FBC Mortgage has been very helpful in securing my loan for my property but one team member - Brian Foose - worked extra hard and made sure I got everything I needed to secure my loan. He will ask you a lot of questions but trust me they are for your own good. From proof of employment to bank statements to verification of transactions. He was very thorough but trust me you want all of these things to be taken care of in the front end because you don’t want any surprises coming up on day of closing which could prevent you from successfully completing your transaction. Brian was never off from work from the day we started the loan application to closing. He always picked up my calls and replied to my texts regardless of day and time. When he missed my calls he always called back. He was amazing throughout the whole process and I would recommend him to anybody. Nothing less than 5 stars. Very knowledgeable in what he does.

It was such a pleasure to work with Brian on my Refinance. I was not kidding when I say quick & easy from starting the loan application to closing we were done in about 20 days lightning fast for a refinance. Further more he went the extra mile for my rare mortgage circumstance to ensure the smoothest and most economical outcome and thankfully it all came together in everyone's favor. Brian was always available no matter the time and had superb communication throughout the entire process. I will be recommending him to anyone interested in the refi process.

Very Attentive Loan Officer - Great Communication - Smooth Process
My loan officer was very attentive and responsive to all of my questions and requests. Even in this time of low rates, when all the other mortgage companies have backlogs and delayed processing times, FBC was able to get my loan done in a timely manner. Brian did a great job communicating with me and I also received emails from FBC to set expectations each step along the way. The process was smooth and easy.

Refinance of primary home
I'm sure I will be dismissed as a difficult customer but my experience was the opposite of seamless. Right down to calling my own employer's employment verification hotline because my originator didn't and simply passed the message that the underwriter was having trouble getting through. My reply-have you tried the number yourself? His reply-no. One example of the laziness and complete incompetence of my originator. I would call the number he provided and he would answer "hello" instead of Brian, FBC, or something professional, with kids screaming in the background. He kept a realtor in copy on emails with my tax information-a realtor that by the way never showed me a single property and actually told me "once Brian gets you pre-approved, we can view a house" well, it took 2 months for Brian to get the paperwork to a workable point.
Pamela's Tip: Answer the phone with your name and business. Keep your kids quiet. Try to research something on your own before passing the buck to the client to do your work. Send an introductory email when having third parties ask for personal information related to the loan. Don't promise an amount approved then walk it back the next day.

Being all the way over here Guam I was nervous about purchasing a home and not being present. From the beginning Brian and his team were proactive and always contacted me in a timely manner when paperwork needed to be sent in. Even with the large time difference I always got emails or texts when important paperwork needed to mailed or emailed. Brian and his team were awesome and worked well together in getting everything squared away. My brother, who took care of closing said they were very accommodating and forthcoming. I would recommend Brian and his team to any one of my friends for purchasing a home.
