I completely understand the need for document after document from me to prove that I can pay for my loan. What I don't understand is why my processor asked me for the same information over and over again. I sent multiple documents multiple times. I sent my current address at the time more than once in an email. How hard is it to keep track of an email? I can get on board with sending paycheck stubs more than once over the time frame we had. Pay stubs could have changed but my bank statements, tax papers, copies of cleared checks...those don't change and I shouldn't have to send this paperwork more than once. It was hard for me to send paperwork bc I didn't have my scanner/printer hooked up while I was living out of my mom's basement waiting for my house to be done .I even had to take pictures of W2 forms with my cell phone and text them to the processor. I find that very unprofessional. I realize she was trying to make it happen quickly but you are a mortgage company that should have plans in place for this type of work. I was sent paperwork to sign but was told that electronic signing wasn't an option. What kind of mortgage company doesn't have that as an option for their processor??? 20 years ago I swore I would never buy another house because the process is a pain. going through this was a strong, in your face reminder of why I never want to buy a house again. Bonnie Roby was apologetic for the inconvenience so that was appreciated.

Mortgage loan application is always a time-consuming process. Bonnie and the team were excellent in giving very specific instructions as to what was needed from me, in providing copy service when needed, and in keeping me posted as to where we were in the process.

Mrs. Robey was awesome to work with. She was a straight shooter and told me exactly what I needed to do. She followed up with me and my Realtors regularly to ensure that we were on track with meeting our deadlines.
Faith's Tip: When they tell you to complete a task do it ASAP because underwriters have work to do that is time-sensitive. The quicker you can respond to the completion of tasks, the smoother your loan process will e.
