My wife and I recently sold a home, purchased a home and closed on both on the same day. The entire mortgage loan process was completed in approx. 3 weeks. Walter's Tip: Be patient with the loan officers, the mortgage company and yourself. Take the loan officers advice and keep document paper together and in one place. E sign as soon as email comes in.
