Process lacks personal touch and communications inconsistent
The loan application process was disorganized, inconsistent and often information already given to the loan processor was re-requested. We also got a number of false alarm e-mails related whether we were approved with or without pre-conditions. We have bought and sold eight homes in the last 30 years and this loan process was the most ambiguous we have experienced.
