Easy, Convenient, and surprisingly cheap!
I was working with BB&T originally, but their numbers were a bit high for my liking. I checked with Quicken loans, but found them to be a bit high pressure in their tactics, and impatient when I had to hit the pause button due to various circumstances. In comes FBC mortgage. They were friendly and open with all the charges and expectations. Their financial obligation was no greater than Quicken loans, and I knew that I had people that I could call up if I needed anything, and an actual brick and mortar establishment I could go into if necessary. Overall, they made the process a breeze!
Jordan's Tip: Call FBC first before wasting time with bigger companies.

Purchasing Made Easy
The process all stared with Jennifer Cook,Berkshire Hathaway Realty, who helped us select our home. She then recommended Seymoine to assist with our loan. The intro was made and from there everything we did and needed to do was met with the very best of professionalism. Seymoine was a pleasure to work with both directly and with her assistants who kept us on track with requests for information. The whole process was seamless and we are now looking forward to getting our new home ready for occupancy. Seymoine and FBC are the best!
Francis's Tip: Be prepared. Most of our work was done via email, fax and phone. However, it did start with an initial face-to-face meeting and from there all was good!

As a Real Estate Broker I have worked with many loan processors. In this situation I was the customer so I can appreciate the professionalism and the efficiency that I received from Seymoine. Our loan was not a typical loan and I appreciate Seymoine's hard work and in getting us to settlement in a timely manner. Seymoine is out of the St Augustine office, but I did not see that as a choice for branch location
