Had a great experience with FBC mortgage! Norman Bocci and his team were amazing. I'm a first time buyer and was pretty ignorant to the ins and outs of buying a property. Norman and his team were so helpful and patient with me. I had a million questions and they never made me feel like I was a bother, they were very patient and helped me through every step of the way! I truly appreciate everything they did for me. I would recommend Norman Bocci and his whole team at FBC mortgage to anyone!

While shopping for a home for nearly 5 months, I was dealing with another big name lender. I felt like an account number until I decided to compare rates and met Norman. Things changed completely, I had someone working to benefit us and our interest. Norman got us thru a home that didn’t appraise by the VA by providing information, advice, and options to proceed. The deal didn’t happen due to the seller. Later Norman got us thru a second home that didn’t appraise by the VA. This time, we succeeded in purchasing our dream home. Norman was able to cut the expected closing time frame for VA purchases by half, which was deemed impossible by other lenders. All around great experience and would recommend Norman to anyone looking for a lender.
