Lots of paper work....
I know it is mostly out of your control, but the amount of paper work was staggering! At times it seemed as if we were sending the same information/documentation multiply times, but the timely responses, courteousness and professionalism of everyone on their staff was outstanding.
John's Tip: Have all the paper work on the check list ready to send and in one location through out the loan process, because inevitability papers get lost or not of a readable quality after being sent...

Norman was super, he was very honest and excellent at explaining things for my wife and I. As first time home buyers, this was not only an learning process but at times a uneasy process.
