Great Customer Service

My load officer, Kevin was very friendly in person and over the phone and; attentive to my needs and millions of questions I had. He always keep me updated during the loan process to the very end. He made sure I got the rate and do money out of pocket. Kudos to Kevin!!!

What a disaster!!!!

Slow delay in starting the mortgage process - had to make numerous call to Kevin to get it started. It wasn't until I would contact FBC that I would get calls returned. Did not pull my credit in timely manner after I repaired issues with credit bureaus. Did not fully explain terms of the loan - I am now paying PMI because of this for an additional $112 per month. Had to sign CD three times in one day while I was travelling to Florida because the number kept changing. Did not receive my final dollar figure for closing in a timely manner (I was suppose to get it 48 hours in advance as per the law). I could go on and on regarding this process. I am going to tell everyone I know to avoid FBC.
