Everything went very smoothly. The city was spelled incorrectly throughout and my escrows were left off and had to be added back. There were three revisions to the paperwork and the closing was delayed by a few hours.
Anne's Tip: Be very clear from the beginning and remind them when you are getting close to closing about whether you will be escrowing your property taxes and/or homeowners insurance. Make sure you confirm it in the preclosing statement.

Wow! No se ni como empezar, pero quiero dejar mi sentir para con este grupo llamado TEAM PITCHER. Mi experiencia fue un horror, estas personas tomaron mi caso de otro banco. Se les informo desde el día uno, tenían sobre la mesa todo el récord que fue pasado desde otro banco más todo los que nos pidieron ya que queríamos que todo fuera en paz. Al principio todo era color de rosa. Mas adelante, nos cambiaban la fecha del cierre como si estuvieran cambiando un pañal. Aun conociendo todo, al final nos indican una cosa que no había manera de entender cómo era posible. Nos pedían que pagáramos algunas cosas y ahí estábamos nosotros haciendo todo lo posible sin decir NO. Recibimos un email donde nos indicaban que ya habían acabado de recibir la aprobación del ''underwriter' que solo necesitaban terminar unos documentos para terminar. Pero misteriosamente siempre nos salían con algo nuevo. Imagínense hasta un Bloqueo en la pagina de FHA por X razón. Pues ok, ahí estábamos nosotros en espera. Se desbloqueo, y todo seguía en pie para otra supuesta fecha de cierre, Oh NO! Tuvimos que gastar mucho dinero en Casa Vacacional para poder esperar el día de cierre que tanto cambiaban. Al final, nos indican algo de una deuda de hace mas de 6 anos, y que no tenia conocimiento. Nosotros tenemos evidencia, de esa deuda donde se firmo una carta que FBC mismo pidió explicativa. Como si tienen esa carta, me van a decir que nos abran de esto. No entendí, ni lo entenderé. Lo que si entiendo es que son poco profesionales, y los exhorto a revisar documentos y todo antes de hacerle esto a más familias. Por favor, antes de pre-aprobar a una persona explíquenle las cosas como son, no esperen para lo último. Ustedes no saben los sacrificios que estos pueden haber estado haciendo. No dejen para mañana lo que pueden hacer hoy. Hagan bien su trabajo. Espero que más familias no pasen por esto.

Answers questions quickly
Our loan officer replied and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We would use this company again for closing on a home, refinancing, etc. The main downside is that our loan, like most loans, is sold almost immediately to another company after closing. We do not like the companies that our loan has been sold to; we have had multiple problems with the other companies (Central Loan, Arvest, etc.).
