We will start by saying that we are extremely grateful to Adrianne Regalado of DR Horton, I went to her office to find information on the process and ended with a financial advisor and everything necessary to start the process. We never believed that this would be possible. My husband and I were shocked to learn that we were approved for a home at our age. We are so grateful to Jeni Pitcher of FBC Mortgage for helping us and giving us the best benefits financially speaking. They guided us in the process, explaining each step we were taking. They explained all the details of the process and gave us updates on how our application was going, it was a unique and very pleasant experience.

Good help in closing during Pandemic
We started loan application process after signing our contract and FBC guided us in finding the the right loan for us. We initially signed up for the jumbo loan, but this was no longer offered around our closing time and presented a challenged. However, Jeni and her team guided us in finding the right loan for us during these challenging time and were able to successfully close on the house. The process did require lots of documents and verification multiple times over last several months, but we are glad it worked out at the end.
Parth's Tip: Presenting clear documents with estimates would be helpful instead of giving ballpark numbers would be helpful. The process required verification of documents too many times over several months, so would be good to cut down on frequency of this.
