Doing prequalifying without consent!
I was forwarded to this lender through Focus Homes just to ask questions, Spent 1/2 hour retelling Zak Zouhari NMLS 1264079 I had no intention of wanting or needing pre approval at this time as I was notified I would not be able to leave my location up to 6-10 months. I shared my quick income over the phone and then Zak said to download RMC app and share my exact $ income. I made sure NOT to check box that allows/authorizes pre qualification credit check. Manager Jonathan say the state of Florida doesn’t need your authorization to do a prequalify just that fact that you use their app gives them permission? I hope this doesn’t hurt me in the long run?
