Yolanda Carter loan officer with FBC mortgage Co in Bakersfield Ca is the best in town. Not only did she help with my first home loan process and again with my refinance. Yolanda was available day or night and answered any and all the questions I had. Yolanda made this process as smooth as could be. Always checking in making sure all docs have been signed and explaining in detail what docs would be for. Yolanda always made it a point to text after the first loan just to check in to see how the home process has been going. If you are thinking about buying a home Yolanda Carter from FBC is the best loan officer in town.
