Annmarie Edwards was great! So helpful, professional and responsive to our questions! The portal was a little frustrating as it didn't show what you had already uploaded and we'd get multiple requests for the same thing. We closed a bit late (still the same day) due to a glitch at the VA end, but overall we had a good experience and we thank Annmarie for that.
