We had started out with a different FBC Loan Officer, to be honest we were not satisfied with that Agent. Michelle took over our file & I will say she was God sent. She was very effiecient & very responsive, pleasant to work with & she always followed with us.
Nicole's Tip: Never hesitate to ask questions and always let your Broker know everything. If asked to get something done on your end get it done as soon as possible as that could affect or delay the process.
