Michael is the best loan officer I have ever worked with. He is always available, day or night, and never makes you feel as if you are bothering him. He responds to emails and text messages right away, which is always appreciated. He is also very thorough and makes sure you understand where you are in the process every step of the way. Great Experience Refinancing!
I used Michael Ordonez to get the loan that I used to purchase my home just over a year ago and he was so great and easy to work with that of course I used him again for my re-fi. Michael took it upon himself to contact me regarding the option for me to re-fi since he could get me a lower interest rate and therefore a lower monthly mortgage payment. I'm pretty much clueless when it comes to everything dealing with mortgages/loans and Michael answered every single one of the questions I had and broke down all the information he needed to give to me so that I understood what was going on. I've already referred him to two of my friends who just purchased a home and would refer him to anyone else looking to purchase or refinance!

Mike was so helpful from the very start! Got us approved for what we were looking for, and was quick and super helpful. Allowed us to come into the office when we could have signed all docs online (but I’m kinda old school and like things explained via another human) and he had no prob with this! He even came to our signing to make sure we didn’t have any questions! As well as followed up after everything was completed to just check one more time! Awesome! Can’t say enough good things!
