I had the pleasure of working with Meg throughout the craziness that is called home buying, only thing is: my experience was not crazy at all. Meg could not have been more professional or more on top of her game the entire time. As a first time home buyer, my loan officer, Meg Davies, went above and beyond to educate me and answer questions while presenting me with a variety of relevant options. The customer service was impeccable and personalized. The mechanics of this process had a few bumps due to communication issues about the home inspection and the type of property. Despite these issues, Meg with FBC was optimistic, hustled and delivered a good experience.

The real estate agent and other staff were very friendly and helpful. There was even a time during the weekend that I needed something, and the real estate agent was there to assist. The loan officer even gave my wife her cell number to call her about questions anytime. I was away on military training during the first two weeks of the home-buying process, but FBC made me feel confident that my wife was in good hands with the staff with which she was working.
Brett's Tip: Be prompt with responding to emails and signing documents for your home purchase. The faster you reply/sign, the quicker you are able to close on the house.
