Our loan was painless and fairly simple. Loan processors and admin. staff were terrific. Although there was a TON of paperwork required (due to the VA) it was easy to upload and provide to FBC and if something was wrong or something additional was required they let us know in a timely manner and we got it done! Would definitely use again.

One issue of concern
The repetitive requests for documentation was unprofessional and borderline incompetent. We provided documents (bank statements, pension letters, insurance documents, etc.) only to receive more requests for the same stuff or the most recent version. It was knows since day one that our closing would be in September. It was frustrating and confusing. At times when asked for documents I already provided, I was concerned that our file had been lost or misplaced.

Jay was very professional and patiently explained and answered all questions. I was a little dissapointed and stressed last week before closing because apparently there was a lot of back and forth between the title company and FBC. While Jay, Reina, were professional and very accurate, there was still a little bit of miscalculations on the taxes, insurance, everything was resolved in a good manner.
