Margaret is the best! My only concern is multiple people asking for documents. The automated application system request documents as does Margaret and her assistant. Process would be better If dealing with one person. Also did not like being asked to scan documents to email and then it was decided that they were not needed. Title company overcharge me $7,000. Unconscionably!

Margaret, Janice and Jonathan were great throughout my loan process. They all communicated clearly with the documents they need from me. I felt the process was very smooth, and I have been through this process several times. Margaret called me when the interest rate was at its lowest, I am great full to lock in my house at 2.85%, by far the best rate.
Danny's Tip: Be ready to close when they call you. Get all your documents in line, so the process can keep flowing as there will always been bumps in the road.

Good service when you work for it
We were pre-approved with FBC and still shopping other lenders as well. Trying to compare several different lenders was no simple task, as the first "quote" is a different format from updates through the loan process. FBC was willing to match another lender, but took some back and forth to get the good deal.
