Never Loan Depot.
What a useless company. After they sold my mortgage to Chase, they instantly disconnect your online account and have never sent my 1098 tax form. When I called, the mortgage agent tells me “Loan Depot doesn’t do mortgage and has never done mortgages”. With interest rates this high, Loan Depot should be the lowest on your list of lenders.
