Roller Coaster Loan
We were looking to relocate to Hickory NC. This process was truly a roller coaster of emotions and feelings. Our loan professional stayed the course and we worked well together. I've purchased homes before but this one had many many wrinkles as it literally was a fixer upper. Leslie offered advice and we did exactly what she said and it worked. Nothing is perfect in the world of home buying, but to know that the person getting you the money has your back means the world.
Rodrick's Tip: Communication is always key, and something we could all improve on. It's tricky because there's no news to share have the time and the other half is communication.

Leslie has been an excellent help from the beginning. Her prompt response to my initial search for a Lender to the Handshake leaving out of My closing session was nothing less than Top Notch. She was very informative and never shunned away a question. I was not set on an 8 to 5 contact period. Anytime I had a question she was always available to answer she even made sure any concerns I had were addressed and turned into valuable information. I appreciate her help and guidance on what is definitely a big step for my family and I. She even greeted with a warm comforting hug. She wasn't aware but walking into that office on closing day I was nervous and scared and the genuine gesture she offered was beyond expected but meant a lot. I felt like she was there for my husband I versus just a Business Deal. Leslie You ROCK!!!!!
