I sought Josh out for my re-finance
Josh did an excellent job of handling a number of landmines that came up through the loan process. I sought him out after he switched mortgage companies and he came through for me in a big way. The closing agent said that I had the lowest interest rate she had seen in months.

Both Josh and Ed were extremely professional throughout the entire loan process, which was not without it's share of ups and downs. They were patient and took the time to make sure I understand what was going on at all times. Down to the very end, they did right by me and made sure that my loan closed properly. Without the FBC team and the referrals they provided me, I would have given up on my quest to become a homeowner!
