I have used Jessica since 2012 on 6 or 7 different loans. She has always done me right. Even when there are the inevitable issues, she has corrected them. I don't like working with anyone else and she definitely has helped me and my friends. I have referred probably 20 people to her as well.
Jeffrey's Tip: Get as much documentation as you can, and follow up each step of the way. The responsibility is on you to make sure things are going right. You aren't the only client.
