We were a mess
Going into our process we knew we would be a challenge. Never buying a home before, having horrid credit, but my the grace we got a approved, we then had to work towards and staying approved while every eye looked at our stuff with a fine tooth comb. The communication was lacking, even if there wasn’t an updated, I would have been nice to know a simple -nothing new today. It was a stressful process that I’m glad it’s over.... however he didn’t give up, he followed through and finally it all worked out. It took at more months than should, but we were partially to blame. But he kept it going. And got it closed when he could have “fired us”

Our second home
Jay and his team did a wonderful job pushing our home loan through so quickly. They were very communicative and helpful when we had questions. This is our second loan through Jay in the past 2 years and both times the process went very smooth with no hang ups. The only complaint I have is that he didn't show up to either of the official closing days for both homes. It wouldn't affect if I would use him again, but I believe its important to show your customers you care by being present especially if they reach out to you a second time. It would have bumped the rating from a 4 star to a 5. Just a bit of advice for customer retention. Overall great experience.
