5 star for Jay, 1 star for staff
I was referred to Jay by a family member in OK. Jay was awesome. He responded immediately, regardless of what time I called (even with a 2 hour time difference). He handled everything very professionally and quickly, answering all of my countless questions. His staff, on the other hand, were very difficult. I cannot count the times I reiterated to call/text me if there was something urgent or I was trying to handle immediately. I do not have a desk job and do not sit on my email all day. I do not check it daily. I made this clear at the begining. Countless times, I would get a call from Jay about something that had not been handled because they had sent an email to me days prior without notifying me to look for it. I would immediately respond, but they would still take forever to deal with situations. This entire refinance took 5 months!!! They would make me handle things that were clearly their job (getting loan payoff information, etc.). Because this took so long, they made me do it multple times because it kept changing!!! Jay kept pushing them to get things moving, but it was like one hand didn't know what the other was doing. When it came time to sign my papers, that was a debaucle. I was not even told I was signing papers that day- Jay kept trying to get ahold of people to find out the status of paperwork and no one was calling me to tell me anything. Next thing I know, I have a notary calling me, telling me she has to come see me immediately (it is 4:45 pm) to sign my papers and it has to be done now. Fortunately, I was able to get another person to cover my patients during that time (we were very busy). This was a horrible experience with the staff. Jay was amazing, his staff was terrible.

Jay and his team was super professional and answered all question's and concern's in a timely manner! Highly recommend Jay and his team for any new home or refi! Super quick closing and a super satified customers!!!!

The process went well! Repeatedly heard how busy Mr. Johnson was, and that is why he was not responding when he said he would. Had to ask for updates several times.

We were a mess
Going into our process we knew we would be a challenge. Never buying a home before, having horrid credit, but my the grace we got a approved, we then had to work towards and staying approved while every eye looked at our stuff with a fine tooth comb. The communication was lacking, even if there wasn’t an updated, I would have been nice to know a simple -nothing new today. It was a stressful process that I’m glad it’s over.... however he didn’t give up, he followed through and finally it all worked out. It took at more months than should, but we were partially to blame. But he kept it going. And got it closed when he could have “fired us”

Our second home
Jay and his team did a wonderful job pushing our home loan through so quickly. They were very communicative and helpful when we had questions. This is our second loan through Jay in the past 2 years and both times the process went very smooth with no hang ups. The only complaint I have is that he didn't show up to either of the official closing days for both homes. It wouldn't affect if I would use him again, but I believe its important to show your customers you care by being present especially if they reach out to you a second time. It would have bumped the rating from a 4 star to a 5. Just a bit of advice for customer retention. Overall great experience.
