subpar lender

I have never had a more frustrating closing in my 3 years as an agent. She wasn't able to answer my loan-related questions and I had to refer to other lenders that I've worked with in the past because she didn't even attempt at trying to find out the answers for me. Her and the processor also delayed our signing because they were not able to get the closing documents to the title company on time and therefore delayed our closing until after the weekend inconveniencing my clients. Since she knows she has upset me because she hasn't fully done her duties as a lender, she ignored all my phone calls and emails after 5:30pm. It really is such a shame as she has been in the business for quite some time now. I hope for her sake it was a one time thing...
