Recently purchased a home in The Villages, received our pre-qualification letter on the weekend so we could make an offer, closed the loan mid-September for our new home. The entire process from start to finish was easy, great communication and easy to get required documents to them through their web portal. Entire staff are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them. Great communication!

I needed a preapproval on a weekend evening because I wanted to make an offer then next morning. Gary was recommended to me by my realtor so I called and he was able to send me my preapproval letter right away. I was thrilled and it helped me get my house. He was great throughout and I'd highly recommend him!

I will admit that I am not a pro when it comes to understanding the do's and don't of financing a new home. In other words - I need plenty of help and lot's of plain word explanations. Gary was a true professional during the entire process. He returned my phone calls promptly and walked me through the entire process very patiently. Even though I probably asked many very stupid questions, he never made me feel that they were. An A+ Plus for Gary Schick!!
