Excellent service
Eric was very consistent from the start until the end of the loan process. It went smoothly although there was a minor problem due to extended days for locked in but it was easily addressed. As promised, I was able to keep the low rate I desired. Eric was very responsive and abled to answer all my questions and clarify issues and terms unfamiliar to me. He can always be reached thru e-mail and by phone. Eric expressed his sincerity when he started to deal with me. I can feel that he truly thinks what is best for me and how could he be able to assist me in reaching my goal for this refinancing. Although I haven't seen him but I felt that I trusted his words and assurances. I hope he can always answer other future questions I may have in the near future.
